Crown and Anchor – Commi Chef / CDP Show / Hide Details

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Commi chef / CDP at our flag ship food pub in at The Crown & Anchor. You will help deliver quality cuisine for the pub located downstairs and upstairs dining room which has a great reputation for top quality fresh food.

As a Commi Chef / CDP you will have:

* The ability and desire to be apart of a creative team and produce seasonal menus using only fresh ingredients
* Ability to deliver quality produce and fully support the Head Chef and Sous chef
* Good working knowledge of Food Safety controls

Head Chef – Mitre Show / Hide Details

We’ve recently undertaken a wonderful refurbishment of a much loved pub and hotel located in Greenwich, London. We are looking for an experienced head chef to join our team and work closely with our General Manager to ensure that we always offer an extremly high standard of food, good choice of seasonal menu’s to keep inline with this challenging market.

Candidates MUST have experience in the following.

To operate and develop the catering within the budget, making the most efficient use of the available resources.

Create seasonal menus using fresh ingredients

Must be able to uphold a homemade high quality standard of food

To plan, prepare, cook and present food to the highest standard

To ensure that the Hotel’s reputation for food quality and service is enhanced.

To administer controls and keep records using appropriate systems

To assist with the recruitment and training of catering staff and line manage where appropriate

To ensure Health and Safety procedures are adhered to and risk assessments covering all aspects of the catering operation.

This is a full time contract 5 days per week. 28 days paid holiday per year with eligibility for our bonus and pension scheme.

Salary range £19,000 – £23,000 dependent upon experience paid monthly into bank account.

Clifton – Chef de Partie Show / Hide Details

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie at our flag ship food pub in leafy St Johns Wood, you will help deliver quality cuisine for the pub located downstairs which has a great reputation for great fresh food.

As a Chef de Partie you will have:

* The ability and desire to be apart of a creative team and produce seasonal menus using only fresh ingredients
* Ability to deliver quality produce and fully support the Head Chef and sous chef
* Good working knowledge of Food Safety controls
* A proven track record in quality restaurants or gastro pubs will be essential.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head Chef for the Barley Mow.

As our new Head Chef you will have: -

The ability, desire and energy to create and produce seasonal menus using only fresh ingredients, strong leadership skills, proven track record in control of hygiene standards, a good knowledge of financial controls, food GP’s, wage costs and development of the dedicated team under you.

A minimum of a 3 year proven track record in quality restaurants or gastro pubs will be essential.
